  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

Crusher might have outgrown his dad Odi.

He is not as heavy as Odi yet but his butt is taller and his shoulders almost match. Odi was weighed at 139.6 Lbs 28" yesterday and Crusher was weighed in at 128.7 lbs 27.5". Jade is 122 lbs and 24".
Sorry about the browneye view but I knew if I moved in they would stop playing.

Great looking dogs! I love watching big dogs play. I really feel guilty for not having a playmate for Emma that is her own size. We just have a balance in the house now with 2 little dogs and 1 big girl, there is not the fighting that we had with Daisy so I hate to bring in another puppy that could upset the status quo!

Love the gang Mike!

Poor Jade started that brawl!.

Khan is doing excellent. I dewormed him, put him on some strong antibiotics and fed him like Crusher and Odi. In just a month I took him from bones showing 87lbs to 105 and smooth. He is now with a new owner that has had 7 years of Boerboel experience. Khan is now Jake I think and back to being one of the pretties Boerboels you have ever seen.

Yes it's a carabiner. I make leashes and collars and that was one of the heavy duty sets I made.

like this one here. No dog will break that leash, we pulled a car with one.

Mike, does that heavy duty carabiner come come in smaller sizes?

Nice! Had a lab that broke a horse clasp protecting me from a bear...and while I'm glad he did that, would've liked to have not had him be at risk.

Th0r that is the standard size for a climbing carabiner. If you want me to make a leash with another type of clasp or you can find something you like send me a link and i can just order it and add that item to the price of the leash. Usually a leash with a standard clasp is from $25 to $30 but I deduct $5 and add the cost of your custom hardware. I did see a few Carabiners called Mini Parabiners they are about an inch smaller with the same 24kN rating.

Yamizumi, the carabiner will hold 24kN (A kiloNewton is equal to about 225 lbs) which is about 5400 lbs of breaking strength. When you combine that strength with the rope or paracord dynamic strength it would be near impossible for a dog to break free. The collar would have to be built for strength too. No buckles and stainless steel martingale chain and you could use it on a bear.
