Was it difficult to get the group you work with to accept a CC? I know where I live, they seem pretty strict that the only dogs that can be in "their club" are German Shepherds.

Nope, not at all. I train at two clubs kind of, I am not a member of either. The club in this picture, the helper was very welcoming and didn't have a problem working my girl at all, or another CC a friend brought out. He did mention them being a more defensive breed, but that's about it. Now, the other club, I did get a lot more negative talk, I did get asked why I would get a CC and not a GSD,but was never told I couldn't work my dog there, and after people saw her work, they all really liked her.

Awesome! It looks like a ton of fun. If I ever end up with a dog with the right drive I would love to give it a shot.
