CC 6 week old litter diarrhea

Hi there! I am looking for some advice...
I have a litter of 9 6 week old Cane Corso pups. I have been having trouble with their poops. i have been bottle feeding since the 2nd week as Mom didn't want to be a Mom. At 4 1/2 weeks, they were having runny poops. I had started them on puppy food so i thought it was the diet. I took them to the vet, did a fecal and found intenstinal bacteria so vet prescribed metronidazole. The poops started turning into tootsie roles and things were good. I stopped the meds at day 5. 5 days later some of the pups, the poops started to become soft and runny not easy to remove from the ground. they are now 6 weeks went to vet on Monday for their shots and told vet about poops. did a fecal on 2 poops from pups with runny poops no worms were found. I told her I was still feeding formula she said stop that and let's see if that helps. Well that was Monday it is now Thursday and poops have gotten worse. I give them Purina One healthy puppy food 3 times a day 1 cup each. I feed them their fourth meal at 10pm and give them 1/4 cup each. No more formula. What Am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry to hear this. I'd be very concerned. I don't know much about raising pups and our breeder hasn't been on the forum for quite some time. Do you have a mentor you can go to for advice? If things are no better I'd be taking them all back to the vet. Wishing you the best of luck.

they are otherwise healthy ? runny stools can be from overfeeding , or being kept to warm ? you've tried probiotics ? what kind of formula were you using ? my pups first solid food was always frozen bil-jac ......... your vet gave them shots monday ? is this a repro vet ?
