Cane corso's and earthquakes

Here on the Pacific Northwest coast we've been having quite a few earthquakes this fall/winter and have noticed Sophie's behaviour has really been effected on the day of and next day after. Just wondering if any one else has noticed their fur babies acting up during these events ?

We're over in Seattle, and I haven't noticed any earthquakes, though I did see they were happing not too far north of here. I can't pinpoint anything Denna's doing with them, either.

When we had the "big" one here a number of years ago, I don't remember what the dog or cat was doing before hand, but during, all I could hear was the cat howling. I think the dog slept through it. I don't remember him having any reaction at all.

I think it's pretty amazing what some dogs and cats can sense from mother nature. :)

Thanks for the reply Dennasmom

The cat doesn't seem to notice or at least act like anything has happened but our cc really feels it. Sophie has a very soft and sensitive personality to begin with maybe that has something to do with it. We haven't felt them ourselves but she will act all strange and out of character and a few hours there will a report of another one. It's happened four times in the seven moths that we've had her. It really is amazing.
