Cane corso poor appetite

I have an 18 month old male Cane Corso he is not neutered and I have no plans to do so. My issue is ever since I first got him at a couple of months old he hasn’t had much of an appetite and is an incredibly fussy eater. I’m concerned he is under weight, I have tried mixing in all sorts to his food he will eat it a couple of days max before turning his nose up at it. Some days he eats fine and I think I’ve had a breakthrough then the next he’s not interested. It’s becoming so frustrating. Has anyone had this issue or have any advise? To note he is otherwise healthy and has a great temperamen. Many thanks

Welcome to the forum,
Could you post a pic of your boy, some can be fussy, but what food are you feeding.
