Hello, so I am just wondering why alot of people are against breeding a Grey to Grey Cane Corso?

It is a Dilute, but some people are saying that it is a very similar Gene to Merle and Albino and that it should not be bred back to back. I definitely understand why not to breed Merles or Albinos back to the same gene but I've Bred American Bullies, Pitbulls and other Dogs and I've never had a problem breeding Black Dilutes back to the same color. So why are many peoppe against it in Cane Corso breeding?

Welcome to the forum, Brandon. We have a Corso breeder on the forum that really knows her stuff. Hopefully she'll see this post and comment. I'm not sure, but we used to have some pretty lively discussions. Perhaps searching will lead to something that was posted in the past.
