Ben was put to sleep this morning.

We had Ben put to sleep this morning, after he was not responding to either of the treatments and the cancer was very agressive. It was the right thing for him, but I feel terrible, he was only 3.5 and will be missed more than I can say.

Too often we fight too hard because we can't let go. This is a very difficult decision but you did the right thing for Ben. Now you can focus on remembering him when he was healthy and well.
