Bad pics of a good dog

Thank you ladies.

We were having dinner with a good friend of mine that keeps 3 adult BM´s (1M and 2 F) ages between almost 2 and 3 years old.
It´s funny because just a couple of months ago, Lomu was "tiny" compared to that ~125-130lbs male and much smaller than the females.

Yesterday.... well, he has more a less the same heigh as the male - a diff of one inch perhaps (although we cannot compare the mass volume yet; there is still a 25-30lbs diff) but is already higher and stronger than the females.

The changes in 2-3months... amazing.

But we need to see them with others to compare and really notice the changes. Seing them everyday...they still look like small pupps tu us.

What a gorgeous dog-- and his head is impressive.

And I know what you mean about seeing them everyday and not noticing how large they are...Mateo simply doesn't seem that "big" to me...until I happen to walk past a mirrored glass building and catch a reflection of the two of us together. It always surprises me how big he is, lol. Like I'm walking a lion ... ;)

Thanks Suanne,

But remeber you have a lion !!
Lomu´s head looks more impressive in pics than it really is IMO (or its just because I am used to it...).
He is only 9 months so most likely the head will now start to really grow. It is is already bigger than the head of the two females but way smaller than the almost 2 y.o. male´s head

Yes- I don't remember when exactly Mateo's head became so large, but I know at 6-7 months it was not impressive at all---- more like a somewhat blocky Labrador's head.

But then, at some point (I think he was over a year old), I woke up one day and his head was the size of a basketball, lol. Somehow, it happened, without me actually seeing it. :)
