Vulcan got the first Qualifying leg, and a second place in his class, today in Ft Worth, TX. He was running in the Standard Agility Novice Preferred class. He had a perfect run, score of 100, but got second based on time.

Very nice! (I LOVE the dog's name by the way) my saint Bernard vex is trained in agility and he always gets perfect scores but his times are never good enough to get him any kind of award (he's the slow and steady type, he'd rather go through the course at his own speed getting everything right then rush through and make mistakes). :3 I don't often see many other large breed dogs on the agility course (of course there aren't many agility trials nearby) so its always nice to hear about other big dog owners success :) not to mention what a great way it is of advocating the breed ^^
