Hi everyone. I am new to this community and pretty happy I found it. We have a 5yr old male DDB who had TLPO surgery just shy of 3 years ago. He has been doing awesome since the surgery, but noticed about a month ago that he started getting a limp. It is mainly after he has been laying around (which he likes to do) and then gets up. It seems to go away after a few minutes. It is winter here (Utah), he is getting older so maybe arthritis is just starting to get to him. I am looking for some feedback on joint/arthritis meds or supplements that anyone has used and actually seen legitimate improvement with.
Also... We have an almost 4yr old Female EM who has always been very anxious. We got her when she was 8 weeks and has always been with us. She is very skittish around people. She will run across the house and bark at them. She has never been abused at all, but is just very scared of "people" in general. Her anxiety is pretty bad, even when we are all at home just hanging out. She has a big problem just sitting and calming down. She is always walking around, just hard to relax. I try to get her chew toys to keep her busy, which she does love, but man I might need a 2nd mortgage to keep up with her chew habit. I buy the "indestructible" toys for her and if she really likes it, it is gone in about 2 days. We tried some OTC cannabis chews for her that her vet suggested, but we did not see any sort of change. If anyone has any advice or suggestions... that would be awesome.
