Agility

Have two bullmastiffs pups 7&9 mth old I know they will never be as good as a collie lol but would like to take them both to do agility but know have to be careful because of growth etc and doing damage to joints
So what would be best age to start

I waited until Jiggers, my non mastiff, was a year old before I started him. I wanted to wait until his legs had pretty much finished growing. What I realized is that the jumps aren't the problem as those can be kept low but the weave poles can put a lot of stress with the lateral pressure on the knees. I am still considering trying it with Kryten just so that he learns where his feet are.
