5 month old cane corso uncropped ears question

The first 3 months my pups ears sat nice flopping forward like there supposed to. The last couple months they are not sitting proper. They flopping sideways and only occasionally sit right. And usually only one will. I read that teething can cause this. My question is will they sit right in their own after a bit. Here’s a pic when 1 ear is sitting nice and the other is not sitting 627967C5-90B1-4DE1-B66B-71856178E955.jpeg

Teething definitely makes ears do odd things. I have natural eared boxers and even when they have a good ear set massage and taping can make them look even better. Instead of tape I've used vet wrap. I'm not sure what it's actually called, but its the stuff that doesn't have adhesive and sticks to itself. Here are a couple of links that may be helpful for you. Beautiful pup, btw.
