I just got a BM female puppy last week we went to the vet for her vaccine and wellness check. all was good. but when i decided to check mr google about the weight of bm pups. i was shock to know that she was actually underweight. she weights only about 7.6 kg (16.8 lb). and she was a few days shy of turning 3 months. her dam is about 50kg (110lb) and sire, bigger. that's the latest photo i got her, the same day when i had her weight checked. should i be worried?

Welcome. I really wouldnt worry what the scales say, you dont want your pup being over weight as they grow, not good for joints, some pups are slow growing some fast, but they all get to where they are going to be. Slow and steady is best.
Iv known the smallest of a litter get to be the largest.
Keep them healthy, lean and enjoy the puppy stage as one day youll blink and theyve grown.
Your pup is do adorable, love the colour and markings.

Welcome to the forum. If your vet isn't concerned, don't worry about what any charts or the scale say. Go by body condition. From what I can see in your picture, your girl looks perfect. Nice and slow growth is what you're looking for.

Ignore those weight charts you'll always get it wrong when you use them. The best chart is your eyes just look at the condition of your dog.in my opinion, Most of these weight charts encourage obesity as a healthy weight.

Right now if she is healthy that's all that's important. Don't worry about size at this stage. The tallest living dog right now is a Great Dane who was the runt of the litter. My BM was only 11 pounds at 8 weeks but he is 138 now at 19 months and he's actually more dog than I want. He gained about 3 pounds per week. The day I knew he would get big was when he weighed in at 65 pounds at 5 months. That's around the time you will get a better idea of how big she will get.

The average weight of a monthly puppy is 4-6 feet, whereas they are born with 0.6 feet. Fortunately, such sudden weight jumps should not be expected in the future — so, in the second month, puppies can increase no more than twice. But still, they continue to grow intensively — at least in the period from 2 to 6 months, in large and giant breeds of dogs, the growth phase is longer. During this time, the puppy's weight increases by another 3 times, the limbs increase about the same way. The most difficult thing will begin when his character is formed. Online dog training courses can help you discipline him. This helps regulate eating behavior as well. Good luck!
