Trouble with Dogs of the Month?

Is anyone else still stuck on the same month? These are beautiful and adorable dogs, but I'd like to see the new ones on the side every month. Am I doing something wrong, or is my computer just born of Hades? (Wouldn't be the first time this infernal contraption has acted weird.) I've still got June, if that means anything at all.

The admin who changes the actual pictures is away right now. The other admin doesn't know how to change the pictures unfortunately.
