Puppy Pictures!

Hey!
I hope everyone had a good holiday!.
On Christmas Eve, Hendrix turned three months so I took him out the creek to explore.
He met a few dogs also and didn't seem to mind being pounced on by a mini Australian shepherd, lol.
Also, I noticed he has the cutest brown spot on his butt, haha.

@Michele - Thankyou very much!
@Nik -Thankyou!, He didn't care for it, haha. He dipped his toes in and ran away from the water!.
That may change. The first time I took Jiggers to the river it took about 15 minutes to get him to put his front feet in. The second time there was another dog swimming and he charged straight in and started swimming. He is now impossible to keep out of water.

@Smokeycat - He despises bathes and he doesn't care to get his coat wet during rain, haha. I think it will change too, as it was something new for him :).
I think Hendrix prefers to be inside and sitting on laps of people, lol. Would swimming be considered a good exercise other than walking?

Baths are a completely different thing. Jiggers acts like I'm going to kill him while being bathed.
Swimming is good exercise as it tends to be less stressful on the joints. If swimming in running water just make sure that the current isn't too strong.

Baths...aka the Deluge! Bailey is not a fan....most dogs aren't unless they are started very early as puppies. One of my grand-pups just inserts himself in shower situations...he's half Dogo... Imagine soaping up and suddenly you get a cold nose up your stuff! EEK!

@Courtney H - Thankyou!
@Smokeycat - Hendrix does the same, now that he's bigger, he can jump right out!. I have to make sure the door is closed, otherwise, it's a wet puppy running down the halls.
Aww, how old is Jiggers?!
@Bailey's Mom - LOL! Definitely would be startled. Hendrix cries when his feet hit the tub. What kind of dog is your Bailey? ^^.

Jiggers is my non Mastiff (Irish Setter mix). He will be 7 in March. My Mastiff doesn't swim, he can't keep his head above water so he just wades but in the heat he really likes water.
