Your dogs favorite game

Carma's favorite game is chase. She will grab 1 of my sons favorite toys, let him see her and then "take off." I have to get it recorded one day. She will actually stalk him while he is playing with a toy and wait for him to put it down. Then she strikes. All you see flying by is a grey blur and a 5 yr old yelling "Carma" while laughing. One time my son fell while giving chase and she actually ran and jumped over him just to show off. She knows my son can't catch her so eventually she just drops it. This is becoming the best part of my whole day.

Jade favorite game is "No stairs" since her elbow injury I have to sectioned off the stairs so everyday when I get home I go to the stairs and close off the top gate which leaves Jade on the upper deck. I walk down part way and tell her No Stairs for you. At this point she does the WOOKIE beggin wooowooo rawrr and the kneel down bark and begs, I tickle her toes and grab at her feet and she gets all happy and excited. Then I tell her go around. Now I must race down the stairs and beat her to the side gate where we WOOKIE again. If she is there first I just let her in to the back if I win we argue and wookie at each other until I give in and let her in the back.

Jiggers' favorite game would either be fetch or keep away depending on the situation. If we're near water, he drops the ball immediately. In the yard he really enjoys going 'Want it? Can't have it!' with some of the neighborhood kids. Yes he's a brat but that's to be expected from a setter.

Right now I think Kryten's favorite game would be wrestling or more properly named 'Smother the human'. Before his restrictions it was playing as a defensive lineman against any dog playing fetch. He so wants to do that again it's almost heartbreaking to stop him.

Zeek's favorite game is fetch. (I swear that boy is part Lab.) Lila's favorite game is seek and destroy...Seek all dead and decaying things, roll in it, and destroy the effects of her last bath.

Mufasa does the exact same thing when he wins Tug, also he likes fetching the oversized tennis balls I get from Petsmart.

Haaaa haaaa haaa! Great games! Tali loves Keep Away with a roll of toilet paper, Chuck it balls, antlers, random footwear...and Tease My Brother...mouthing the terrier's head, feet, standing over him or anything that gets his goat. She also loves Slime The Human, and something we call Sachez! where she stretches her whole undercarriage across your face if you are lying down. Really!

Carma doesn't touch shoes anymore. She got a loooong stern talking to from my wife about shredding her 9 in heels. LMAO. My wife wouldn't let it go so I had to promise to buy her some more.

Tug and Keep Away.

Although, no one plays Keep Away with her... so that one turns into the prancing "look what I've got and you don't" game... which we pretty much just ignore. In which case, she'll eventually bring the item back to us to throw for her - or she'll drop the toy (jollyball) and then grab a rope and entice us into a game of tug. :)

Great idea for a thread!

Tony's favorite game would have to be "watch Georgia fetch." He LOVES when his best friend, Georgia (a German Shepherd), comes over to play. Georgia loves to fetch so my friend and I will stand out in my field talking and throwing balls for her. Tony will stand at the top of the field with us and watch Georgia fetch the ball and bring it back. When she gets about 10 feet from us, Tony starts going wild and running and jumping in little circles around us... "OMG WE GOT IT! LOOK WE GOT THE BALL! HERE IT COMES!!!"

He will never chase after her toward the ball, he always waits with us until she is almost back, then just gets excited.

He is a nut job... but I love him!

Ruger has several favorites: Flirt pole, Tug, Hide and seek but his all time favorite at this time is COUCH. I started it with him when he was a baby and it was rainy outside and he had pent up energy. I get behind the couch (A very big sectional) and he jumps all over the couch barking and threatening me. I hide behind it and pop up at him or run back and forth behind it and attempt to "get" him. He knows the rule is that he has to stay on his side of the couch and he can't come over to get me. I crawl along the floor behind it and runs back and forth raising hell. He absolutley loves it. It wears him out completely but also rearranges the furniture.

Awwhhhh come on! One little video please! It sounds entertaining!

Cruiser loves to chase my hubby. The two dorks go round and round through my living room which has two doorways, one leading into the entryway the other to the dining room. They each try to back track and surprise the other, one slipping in socks the other skidding on gigantic paws. There is lots of barking (my hubby) and mumbling (Cruiser). It usually ends with Cruiser spinning in circles after he finally tags my husband.

Yingzi loves 'Tag'.

I chase him and touch him, then he chases me and nudges me then back to me chasing him. He'll nudge me and then take off.
