My entire vets office (8 vets, at least that many techs, 6 receptionists, and support staff) knows Apollo by name on sight. They still have to ask me for my name so they can find his file......

My vet works at a small clinic (8-10 employees) so Kryten's uniqueness combined with a serious issue that many wouldn't have done surgery for made both of us well known, Jiggers too somehow. I can say his name over the phone and they can open his file to update or refill prescriptions if needed.
