Weight Loss in a Neo (help needed)

A friend of mine adopted a Neopolitan Mastiff and when she brought her home, she was looking a little lean, just on the brink of being too skinny. She decided to put a bit of weight on her and was successful with it for the first month. She gained 5 pounds and her weight was about 115, which made her look great - fit without any excess weight. Suddenly, she started losing weight again and has dropped 10 pounds in only a few weeks. Vet can't find a reason and she's been in several times.

Does anyone know what could help with her weight gain again? 105 is too small for her proportions but nothing seems to be working to get her weight back up. Any help would be appreciated. She has been to the vet several times, dewormed, etc, but nothing is working.

A common supplementary food for dogs which need to put on weight is something called satin balls, I came across them when looking at solutions for my Ben, who had been starved. I couldn't use them because they're recommended for dogs which are underweight but not dangerously so, but I think they might be useful for you. You have to make them yourself, here is the recipe:
Satin Balls:
10 pounds raw ground beef, 70%-85% lean
18 ounces Total Multi-grain cereal (or other vitamin-fortified, unsweetened cereal
2 pounds oatmeal, uncooked regular or quick oats (not instant oats)
20 ounces wheat germ
1 ¼ cup canola oil
1 ¼ cup unsulfured molasses
10 hard-boiled eggs and shells, crushed and minced
10 envelopes unflavored gelatin
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic

This can be divided into 10 to 14 portions (or as many as you see fit) and is able to be frozen for individual portion use. This will make about 15 -18 pounds. They have a high calorific value so be careful not to overuse. Don't cook, it's meant to be served raw.

I hope this helps.
