Very nice fila pup for sale

oh brother... go to Brazil for a few days and look at the nonsense....Borghetto kennels was a very well known mixed breeder and paper hanger as are most of the current cbkc kennels. I've visited some kennels while on my trip and I can tell you it is very much still happening. I seen pups suckling off a CAFIB bitch who the breeder was already stating that those pups were actually from 2 black parents... It is very obvious why they do this... it is so that the dogs under their name gain legitimacy.

So you witnessed a breeder who admitted he falsified pedigree for puppies, Who was this breeder? Expose him for his shameful fraud.

He bought the pup from a reputable breeder

I kinda think that "reputable breeder" means they have been breeding for awhile to have gained a good reputation. I don't think that definition applies here (but even those that are a reputable breeder were at one time just beginning with no reputation).

Dogman#1, you say Ace is deflecting questions then just keep asking for pics of his dogs but yet you won't address the fact that you placed a puppy with a guy who doesn't even try to hide the fact that he is into fighting dogs. I'm not just taking Aces word, I looked into it myself, Albanylou, some wannabe rapper who glorifies the fact that his dogs are "dead game" and raps about fighting dogs. The video of him doing a temperament test on the dog he got from you is the only video he has that has nothing to do with dog fights, plus that video he has the fila tied to a pole and let's it run full speed only to reach the end of the chain and violently snatch himself back by his collar, just asking for an injury. So my question is if you love the breed and want to better it, why would you put a puppy in the hands of a guy like this. He didn't want a fila because of the nobility and loyalty of the breed, he wanted it because he's a sorry ass thug who wanted a badass dog to walk around trying to look hard. The same reason all the thugs in the ghetto wanted pit bulls, just to portray some image, but I'm sure you have a good reason for selling this guy a puppy right?

I can never help myself and must read these threads in thier entirety. LOL Personally, I love the FILA. LOVE them. I do not now, nor have I ever owned a Fila but the breed amazes me. I have read all of the threads, joined some forums and facebook pages, researched the history. Invested in many books that I read front to back more than once and spoken with experienced people on both "sides" and have drawn my own conclusions. I will, without a doubt, own a Fila someday and I will not be looking for CAFIB or Non-Cafib, I will be looking at specific dogs and bloodlines and deciding from there where to go next. I couldn't be a part of the CAFIB group because, although I feel like they started out with a great idea and a fantastic way to try to "save the breed", I don't think that they have monitored themselves in a way that would allow it to come to fruition correctly but in the same breath they are just as many fanatics on either side of this discussion which is why I intend to find the dogs I like...do my research and use this process to find the Fila puppy that I am looking for when the time comes.

For those of you reading this thread that are unfamiliar with this "battle" you need to understand that this fight has been going on for a very long time and the lyrics never really change. In my opinion, Juan and Ace get so caught up in putting each other down and trying to "out do" each other that there doesn't end up being much to learn about Fila's for those of us who truly have an interest in the breed and what they really are supposed to be which is sad because both of them have knowledge and lots of it that would be better shared honestly and directly to allow people to learn about this amazing breed, which in turn (At least in my opinion) would definitely be better for preserving the breed.

My advice for anyone that is truly interested in the breed is research on your own and find knowledgeable people (on both sides) that ae capable of discussing the breed without trying to tear someone else down.

For those of you with no interest in the Fila and have just shown up for the child like drama..You have hit the jackpot....Stay right where you are and enjoy the show.

OMG, Kris! Thank you!!!!

I was so afraid that you had drunk the kool-aid. Your message is right on. RESEARCH, it is becoming harder to find a good Fila from either group. I would not buy a Fila without seeing the parents and their temperament. Buy the dog, not the club.

BTW, this is nothing compared to what I have seen in other forums.

Rugers-Kris Haven*t seen you post here in a while, figured you were still reading. You made an honest, and for the most part accurate statement. For the record here, I was a silent observer on the old forums, when just a few years ago Juan got his first dog. From the beginning he teamed up with some hardcore Cafib people who besides the ones who left the breed, still today on other pages berate anyone who does not follow the Cafib line of strict thinking. I silently watched as they literally tore people down for owning a certain color and told them to cull their dogs. I saw people looking for a black Fila for instance, treated so badly just for wanting info that they called Juan a douchebag and left the forum. I tried to contact them to help them but were unable to until I saw them on another forum and they had already purchased a puppy. Guess where they bought it, Lions Den. Now ironically although Juan would buy a dog from Lion*s Den after calling them a puppy mill, I on the other hand would do anything to help someone avoid any place like that. Why put any money in their pockets? After I saw him drive that guy away into their hands, that*s when I started speaking out, exposing them for the hypocrites they are. If I am abrasive, so be it, just a taste of their own medicine. I don*t like him, or his tactics. I don*t like the hypocrisy of the Cafib, and I expose it. I don*t think CBKC is doing anything to better the breed. But these are just clubs, registers in the CBKC instance and have no real affect on what what breeders do. I guess my point is I didn*t pick a fight, I wanted to show the truth. But a fight came, and just like a Fila, I ain*t backing down. For the few people I was snappy with without reason, I apologized to them. I care about the breed past, present and future. Back to your regular scheduled Fila drama.

I am smarter than I appear, my friend! :) I love the idea of CAFIB and initially just on that idea I was leaning in that direction but the more I read, the more I researched and the more I spoke with experienced individuals on both sides, I knew there were too many flaws in the "system" so I started looking at the other "side" and was able to find just as many issues there. I started reading up on how to read and understand pedigrees, lineage and such and that helped a lot but still leaves you wondering if it is even possible to find a good Fila at this point. I am not convinced that it is but not totally convinced that it isn't either so I continue to learn, read and LISTEN...Listening being the most important. I am a part of several forums and facebook pages concernng the Fila and I have to tell you, the smartest thing I ever did was join and NOT announce myself or tell anyone who I was. I am amazed at what I have learned from being a fly on the wall in so many places and being able to follow on this forum. It is just ridiculous. I will say (I am not attempting to piss anyone off) that the stories and testaments change by the minute from the loudest talkers here. It is amazing how things change from forum to forum from the same people. Having said that, I respect the knowledge that both Juan and Ace bring to the table when it comes to the Fila but both (In my opinion) are more concerned with "getting" each other than they are helping the breed and are willing to be less than honest and/or change photos or circumstances to better help them beat each other and none of that does any good to the breed that they swear they are trying to preserve and protect. Hopefuly I didn't just get myself booted off of the forum for saying that but the truth is that it is very difficult to learn about this amazing breed for someone that is truly interested in what they really are supposed to be so if that statement helps any newbie coming through, it was worth it.

Rugers-Kris Also wanted to say you did what very few people new to Filas do. You have taken your time, not rushed into getting a puppy. Done a lot of reading and research and followed what is currently happening in the breed today. Probably used a lot of Google translate? Way too many people jump in head first and end up getting burned, or with a dog they are unhappy with.

That being said, mods please boot her off the forum. Just kidding.

I know how smart you are Kris. I also know about infatuation... I've woke up more times than I'm willing to admit with a 5 inch dick, unemployed jerk laying next to me. I swear the night before he had said he was a lawyer and the bulge in the pants sure lead me to believe I would be getting something better than I actually got. LOL

I am not judging either one of you. I was just trying to be a voice for those that might be reading because they have a true interest in the Fila so they may realize that they need to look long and hard elsewhere and on thier own prior to making a decision. We can definitely agree on one thing......Lion's Den. They were one of the first "breedrs" that I look at considering that they are the first to pop on google and even before I had larned much about the Fila...I couldn't have been more unimpressed and unlike Juan....I don't care what dog they may have, I would not ever purchase from them.

I have told you from day 1, find the dog you like not the club. It was reading old papers and chats and just reading other forums and pages that I learned to not really care what group one likes. It's amazing what is out there to read just a translation click away
