  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

The search begins!!

I'm sorry :( we're expecting (hoping) our pup will arrive April 4-6th...similar situation there's 3 people in line for males were the first in line for female...is it common to only get 1-2 pups?

Its not uncommon, but litters are typically larger than that..various reasons for small litters, from age of girl, low sperm count etc.

My Feb litter was only two, but had super low sperm count, in hind site I should have dual sired that litter. Anyway, hopefully the next will have more, lol. Its all good.

Well....we might finally be adding another puppy to our family. Pretty sure Stonehaven has a puppy for us if we want it....just don't know enough now to committ. Completely different mother and father than what we put our deposit down on 9 months ago. One of her girls (Kona) just had four boys and a girl, so I guess we could have the fourth boy if we wanted him. I believe the father (Synny) is Super's (see below) full littermate brother.

That being said....Super...the mom we put a deposit down on nine months ago is supposed to have a litter this weekend with some male from Gropetti named Brogan. I know almost nothing about him and have never seen a pic. Pretty sure Gropetti has an outstanding reputation, but who knows....I haven't seen a pic, healthy testing, lineage or anything.

I'm usually not one to complain...but communication has been very minimal in the last nine months. Not sure what place we are in either breeding. Not sure price...not sure of many things. Hopefully I can get in touch to figure some things out.

If anyone out there knows anything about Brogan from Gropetti, I'd really appreciate any insight I can get. Pics, size, temperment, anything. PM if you don't feel comfortable writing in public.

I'd have decide based on what my brain suggested on this one... And with that... for me anyway... I wouldn't do it.

How drunk are you? ;)

I kind of dont' want to complain on a public forum about how bad the communication has been with a very reputable breeder, but it is what it is. I'm literally clueless on many things at this point. I wouldnt' bring a puppy home until December...so there's some time to figure things out.

I hate to say this, cause I know you waited forever for this pup, but if you can't even get that sort of basic info out of the breeder.....I would likely not be getting this pup personally.

Communication was much better today. Got some info, but still have questions. Super had seven pups, two males and five females, so it's very, very unlikely we'll get a pup from that litter (we want a male). So that leaves the other litter. Got some info and some pics which was good, but it's not 100% we'll get one from that litter either since there weren't that many males from Super. There really should only be one person ahead of us on the Super list that could take one of the Kona boys, but who knows how this works. Just wait a see, then decide I guess.

Got to say Voidecho you have a hell of a lot more patience than I would in the matter.
