I posted here a while ago asking for hints as tips regarding a young springer.
Well my sister jumped in with both feet (I may have pushed her a little bit) and asked me to bring over some raw food to try.
Well all I can say is what a transformation.
I took a second delivery over yesterday and he's looking awesome. Coat is more glossy, his shape is better, he's a little less hyper but soooo much more attentive.
My sis says that he would graze if completely ignore his kibble until he was starving but he wakes up and stares at his bowl now waiting for his chicken or tripe.
He also got his first bone yesterday.
I never even thought about scale. Maybe he needs a size down from Mastiff.

Hey- that's great news!

So many dogs really do transform their health after switching to raw.

That bone looks like a great workout for his jaws and teeth. :)

What an awesome photo! So glad to hear they are also having success with it! Our 10 year old Chi and almost 8 year old boxer girls are so excited about eating now too. It's almost like reversing their aging process when it comes to energy and coat condition. Just like us when we eat better we feel better. :)
