I'm mad at the owners. I can't help but think if my dog had a litter (which she wouldn't) being my beloved pet, she and her pups would be inside. Especially in this Oklahoma heat. My heart still goes out to them, but I can't help but wonder if she was spayed and there was no litter of 9 pups would she have been indoors preventing this from happening?

Even if it wasn't the actual cause of death, which i'm sure it was. Isn't there laws about mutilating a corpse? Or is that only for humans. So they want to wait until this guy progresses to teenage girls instead of throwing him in the looney bin now. Better yet let him do his community service at animal shelters which ALOT of OK com service is performed at shelters here. Guess what they get to do in Altus, OKC, and Shawnee? Throw euthanized animals in dumpsters all day. That should be right up his alley eh?
