That just really sucks! But the amount of misinformation in that report was horrific. Especially in regards to the Dianne Whipple case It is unfortunate for the victim and the dogs...

You can't even expect a fraction of honesty from the press nowadays, not when sensationalism sells so well. Saying that, this is from someone whose family had a presa, presa's are not always ideal pets for an inexpereinced owner. The Diane Whipple case has done so much damage to the breed's reputation.

It truly has. To both the Corso and the Presa. So many still say that they were CC's in that case.
Like in this one, where another news channel is saying they are Corso, and to be honest, that is what at least the male looks like in the video. Unfortunately for both breeds, too many get them for the wrong reasons...

Whether they were presa or canes, it's truly a shame. Their owner doesn't strike me as a bad guy; the dogs obviously were well taken care of. I noticed the video stated that someone thought the dogs were pits at first. Anyone surprised?
