As far as I know, the wolf was used in the beginning of reconstruction, and it was from 1981 to 1991.It is impossible to calculate the percentage of wolf blood in the SDD, but some say it is about 5%.Russian scientists also claim that the dog would be ideal if have in it 10-15% of the genetic material of the wolf.

Just to correct a mistake I made in writing, Tornjak is the Bosnian shepherd dog.
