Dogwood Cane Corso is ran by a Jamie Kerbel, and she was close friends with Alyssa from rolling hills. who also has done some pretty shady stuff. Sorry for you getting ripped off. Are you in the Denver area? If you are I know a breeder who may be able to help you out in the future who I got my puppy from. Best of luck!
I know, and she had posted this (along with DogWood Cane Corso) that she was partners with their business. She's only listing 2 of the 3 dogs. I know for a fact she is half owner of Peaches with Dogwood, so I'm definitely going to ask what happened with the 3rd dog. And if she was misrepresenting puppies as purebred and they weren't there is a chance for an adverse ruling on her part. She alluded to me the last time I spoke with her that people were trying to get DNA samples from the dogs. I'm definitely questioning her at the hearing. She has to show up for the meeting of creditors for questioning or her petition will be dismissed. I've developed a list of questions, my intent is to show she intentionally misled the breeding of the dogs and is more than likely hiding assets. I have a copy of her application and there are inconsistencies throughout. Oh well. I'm not going down without a fight. If any of you know anything about the misrepresentation of the breedings or the dogs themselves, it won't hurt to show up. Courts don't generally award fraudulent representations of products, so it may not help but it can't hurt. Yes I'm in Golden and thank you!
hi all. first time posting. I bought one of those pups from the may 7th litter. not sure who posted about the father being a boxer. but how do you know this. I got upset when I read this post.I waited about a year to get pup from the two of these kennels. and now to hear the pups farther is a boxer pi$$ me off. phase let me know how you found this out. and sorry to hear about op.
