Red RED Brindle...

I really like the exotic look of the very red brindle dogs, but I don't see them often.

Hank pedigree has dog's like Czar`s Lucca Brazzi:

and Alaric Czardes De Morte:

But check out this one:

This is Nala from Roman Empire Cane Corso. She is undersized with an ugly underbite, but that red/orange is impressive!

Our Hank (12 weeks old) is a brindle with a gorgeous black face. We love him but know that we will eventually have more to run on our farm.

That's the only brindle color I would ever consider owing. As you can tell I'm not a fan of brindle combinations

I believe Nala came from a kennel plagued with epilepsy and questionable breedings...
The chestnut brindled are striking, but the total dog should be more important then the color.
I personally have never been a fan of blue or brindle or blue brindle lol, I have owned a blue brindle and currently have a brindle lol. It is and should be the type, temperament first.

Agreed whole heartedly. Nala is definitely not a bitch that should be in a breeding program. However, her color is indeed stunning.

I sell cars for a living. Personal preferences are as varied as the number of persons with opinions. Health, type and temperament are paramount. This being said, if I were to come across a pup that was outstanding in every way AND had that coloring, she would be mine!

To my understanding, a dog is either brindle, or not brindle (well unless you start talking genetics, which is different), its just that some dogs are more obviously or distinctively brindle than others.

This is slightly off subject but, the very red brindle reminds me of our Akatora Kai Ken. Akatora means "Red Tiger" in Japanese.

The Kai comes in Akatora (red brindle - VERY rare), Chutora (medium brindle), and Kurotora (black brindle).

Something tells me you get comments on the "wild dog" and the "dingo" with her! And I thought it bad with people calling my Arty (a New Guinea Singing Dog) a fox! She's (he's?) lovely, that color's very striking.

Yea, we get a lot "wild dog" comments. Tht's actually two different dogs - Nori (female) on, left and Shakko (male) on right.
