me and kell are in love with her dogs. Man Aragon is what i think of when i think of a working neo. I think neomamma was the 1st one to tell me about her.

Masteneo, Do you have a Neo from Jessica? Her dogs are pretty impressive. Another Mastino breeder in Serbia is also still breeding Old working Neos, his are by far the best Mastino I've ever seen. www.mastinoepir.com His Mastino IMO are the perfect version of the true Mastino Napeletano.

Had them favored a while back, there's only a few dogs that I like.

Cody, love the brindle CC that picture says it all.

Out of curiosity, why are Rottweiliers included in a list of Mastiff breeds? Also, I always heard that GD's were some of the most gentle dogs, and yet they're almost half way down some of the lists. What gives?

Rottweilers are included because they are of a molosser type.

Generally yes GD are "gentle" but like everything else some dogs are harder than others.

GDs you can get either extremes.
Really gentle giant
Really aggressive giant

In between is not really the case. We had a lady who rescued them in VA come to our hospital all the time. Her and I would talk about them as reascues and quality ones. It would be the same case in both

They can be great dogs but stubborn

We had one as a kid. It didn't take much to get her to commit to a bite. Lol she was a little scary

I used to know a GD at the clinic I used to work for who was out of control. She acted like a complete idiot when she came into the clinic. Her owner could not keep her under control. She'd lunge at people & other dogs. We had a pretty tall reception counter & she would damn near jump over it, growling & barking to get to the girls on the other side of the counter. Their other dog was some kind of coonhound who was just as much of an idiot as she was & between the 2 of them I'd leave the building until they left. Couldn't stand their dogs. And I like GDs!
