We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.
Chief is 3 months old and I got him 6 days ago. I know he is probably sad and misses his family. He isn't eating much maybe a cup a day. I am feeding him the same food that the breeder did. Any tips would be appreciated. thanks in advance
Ours is a great eater and at 15 weeks today he is eating between 4.5 - 5.5 cups a day and gaining 3 - 5 pounds a week. There is the odd time that he eats a few bites and walks away but not often. The one thing that he loves is yogurt (and fruit and vegtables - especially blueberries!). I'm not sure that I am supposed to mix yogurt with his food, but if I add a tablespoon to his kibble and mix it together he inhales the food and licks the bowl clean Hopes this helps.
hi,
he is on dry food?if so try to mix the food with canned food,i had the same problem and thats what i did and it works for me.and after a month doing it i took it off gradually and he is now on dry food only.

I am starting to run into the same issue. She used to eat every meal like it was her last, but the last couple of days she's been hesitiant about her kibble. I've started mixing it with a little bit of warm water (which can also help protect from bloat) and she's fine with it.
I had the same issue, mix in a tablespoon of canned dog food with each feeding.
If Cheif dosent finish, remove bowl and offer later.
Dont leave unfinished food down to graze on.
This has worked geat for byrdie!! along with fixed feeding times.
Everyone here was awsome, i was scared that she would not grow and be sick.
Well she is 8 month and has "growen into herself"
