my 12wk old neobullmastiff pup is only 20lbs

My 12wk old pup is a neobullmastiff and only 20lbs I haveher shots up to date and her worming too yet she still is only 20lbs is this average or under weight

It does seem a little light. Is she eating well? Mastiffs can take 2 and even 3 years to mature so I don't know that it's a huge thing to worry about if she's healthy otherwise.

Yes she's got a clean bill of health it just worries me that she is so tiny although she has gained six lbs since I bought her it just bugs a bit and scares me because I want her to reach her FULL potential

Females won't weigh as much as males either. My 12 week old cc x bm is 31lbs right now but being a female she should probably be a bit lighter.
