Michigan Breeders

Good day all,

I am back in the hunt for a Michigan or mid west breeder of Bull Mastiffs. I fell in love with the breed 12 years ago when a racing buddy of min introduced me to his gentle giant. Since then I have fell in love with and then lost my own. I lost my Lamassu a year ago and I am ready for another bully. Any help with a reputable breeder would be great. I am looking for a pet. Not a show dog. A large, brindle male would fill my wish list but I love them all. Thanks in advance for any help in getting my family another loved member.

I don't know any breeders in MI. But there's always rescue. I met one of the area coordinators from MI last week;he's near Pontiac. He currently has 3 fawn females, which I know is not for you. But you might want to check out what American Bullmastiff Association Rescue Service has available. There might be one in your area that might be a perfect match. Either way I wish you well; please let us know when you find your new best friend.

Thanks for the additional help. I was working with Annie out by Grand Rapids and she was wonderful. I was on her waiting list but Layla didn't end up getting pregnant. At this point I am hoping to find a breeder who actually has a pregnant dog. I know it is a lot to ask but waiting for months only to find out that it didnt work out was a let down. I guess I should have explained myself a little better with my second request rather than come off as a redundant fool. I'm not trying to waste anyone's time.

Thank you very much for the lead on the Ann Arbor breeder. I will check it out.

LOL! Thanks. We are very excited about the new member of the family. I know it is going to be tough for Dash's current family to let him go and it will also be tough on Dash adjusting to a new family but over time we are confident everything will be fine. I think we will pick him up on Friday and then the new adventure begins!

Thanks to all who have helped us find our new best friend.
