I had a quick thought today regarding our puppy's mother. Is it common for a mother to lose hair during/ after pregnancy ?
The mother of the littler had spots on her where she had lost hair and it looked like dry skin to me, now the breeder said it was due to stress . She did have 14 or 15 pups that litter.
Like I said, I was just curious if this is a common thing ?

but the hair is not pretty much all back, it is like women after birth we lose a lot of hair due to hormone changes.
