"little" Moe is almost a year old!

Have not been on here for a while, just wanted to show some recent pictures of Moe, who will be one year old in Aug! Where did time go? July 2015 252.jpgJuly 2015 198.jpgJuly 2015 170.jpgJuly 2015 217.jpg He has come a long way from the 4,3 pounds he was at 7 weeks when I got him. He is a couple of inches shorter then Luke and weighs 122lbs today, but that he is on the 'smaller" side of an EM could be genetic, and not from stunted growth due to his rough start ,regardless, he is perfect to me!

Moe is super, duper cute!!! I can't believe he is almost a year...holy cow I remember baby boy like it was yesterday! He is so handsome and really looking good!

Hard to imagine he was that little, remember trying not to get to attached as we did not think he would pull through, but it is amazing what dogs can come back from. All I did was give him a blood transfusion, supplemented with vitamins and gave him a lot of liver the first couple of weeks. and took care of the coccidia. He is a great dog, so different then Luke, more laid back and sweet, not as guarding and none of the demanding, acting like a ass that Luke can be [think that's the Fila in Luke, who also is more energetic], not as smart as Luke, he is the smartest dog I ever owned, so Moe ended up being the perfect second dog for me, not sure I could have handled two Luke,lol.

The only place where you will see "weighs 122lbs" and small used together when describing a pup.

Your are truly to be commended for all the work and saving the poor babies life, where so many in todays world would have simply given up on him and got another one.

He looks great as does Luke. I'm guessing at that weight he'll be somewhere around 150 to 160, but he could surprise you again and end up in the 180 to 190 range, still a lot of growing time left according to lines he is from.
