Okay I might have way too much of a Silicon Valley mindset since that's where I'm from and where I live but I am kind of sad that this is a hoax and I don't get why such a service would be a sad commentary on society. I think I would only use it when my dog has the runs though... those poops are super hard to pick up!

But seriously I could see being a kid wanting to earn money and being happy to sign up to be a scooper. It would be like the new "paper boy/girl" since nobody actually reads physical papers anymore.

As an aside the gardening service I am hiring to take care of our massive weed and ivy issue does offer poop pick-up for an additional $20 a month. I did not sign up for that though. I don't see how poop pick up is worth $20 a month (unless of course they have the runs... then totallllly worth it).

Also as a marketing person I loved their video. Although I would say the customers needed to be more likable and relatable. But, the spokesperson, format etc was absolutely perfect brilliant marketing.
