  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

Is it Thursday yet?!

Thanks, everyone! I am alsolutely in love with him! We had a big day today. He got to visit all of my friends, a trip to my office, then to the vet. Everyone thought that he was the most awesome little guy (and I must agree!). He did so well in the car, and snoozed the whole way home! He pees so damn much though! Even the vet techs were gushing over how handsome he is! He lapped up the attention. But when he was getting super tired he started ignoring everyone and just trying to snuggle up on my lap. That's when we decided to call it a day and head home for some snoozes!

I am not looking forward to leaving him on Monday to go to work :( .... Guess I better start buying lottery tickets!!

His name is Tony (short for Antonio).

He is soo cute. Maybe I missed it somewhere but what is his name?

Yeah, we blocked off part of his crate... thanks for the tip, hopefully it aids in the potty training process.

You might be doing this already, but don't let him have full access to the whole crate. Section it off, he only needs enough room to sleep at first. If he has access to the whole crate he can pee and poop on one side of the crate and sleep on the other, and you don't want that. He is a cutie for sure...best of luck :)

Excellent, we have a Dorian Duckling also, he just finished at the Nationals :) I keep saying that, but truly it was one of those once in a lifetime moments. I do recall when he was little, some days he would sleep all day. I mean ALL day. He is a very large Corso, so we finally figured out he was just growing.

One other word of advice, get his training started as soon as his shots are finished, go with a good puppy class and then with an obedience class until he has reached maturity. If you stop training as a puppy, you won't be in good shape for the 'terrible twos' that come when they reach adolescence.

Good luck.

Thanks for the hot water bottle trick! He was whining in his crate, but I gave him a hot water bottle teddy bear... it worked like a charm! He snuggled up to it and was nice and quiet!
