How many cups?

My 7 month CC seems like she is doing very well on Earthborn meadow feast! Anybody have an idea of how many cups of this food I should be feeding her?.....she is 78 lbs and very active! Bag says aroumd 3.75 cups per day.... I've been giving her 5.5 cups per day and she still slender... maybe it's because she is so active!? Anyways I am glad she likes this food and coat is brilliant and energy level is great!

I always use the instructions on the bag of food as a starting point and then I keep a very close eye on the condition of my dogs and adjust as needed. As they age we have had to tweak the amount as well. Diesel at over 3 years is eating less then he did at 1 year. When he seemed to be slimming to fast we added a little more food until we found a good balance.

Glad to see your girl is loving that food, we are up to 3 cups a day with ours at 13 weeks! Had them to the vet last week and he said they were basically at a perfect weight! If she's really active may want to up the food a little at a time till you get her to the optimum weight! Glad to here that the food has eliminated her issues! 78 lbs at that age sounds about right to me though!
