I have a Neo/Bullmastiff x, she's awesome... but of the breeds you listed the Neo is probably the most likely to have health problems. Also, while a Neo might be a good guardian, they aren't supposed to be barkers, so it's likely that you would still have to rely on the Lab for that, that said, I've read the same of Bullmastiffs... and my Neo/Bull barks! I think my Doberman taught her to bark and anything and everything.
Also, with the look and size of most of those breeds it won't really matter if they are the type to actually protect you, no one will want to find out! It's easy to teach a dog to growl on command too, which would be enough to stop almost anyone from trying anything! (Which reminds me... I need to teach Branka to growl on cue soon.)
