Can you give him a pillow from your bed that has lots of good mommy smells on it to curl up with?
I think we even curled up IN the crate with a puppy once... what ever works!
Denna also needed human companionship to potty outside... she didn't like being out there alone until she was about 5 months old (so, not long really)... but that was in the heat of summer, and she LOVES to sunbathe. She still will only play with her jolly ball if a human is watching... she likes to play keep-away, so, not very interactive, but if the human isn't watching, apparently, it's no fun.
Hope the crying ends soon.
I think if you share his picture here with us, we'd be better able to help. Maybe he's just sad that you haven't shared him with us yet!
His was an old thread I was hoping we could get an update from CR on. Really hope the dog has adjusted by now!
