Glucosamine

We started glucosamine (with chondroitin, msm) as well as Vit C, fish oil, and Vit E at 4 months of age when we adopted him. I would have never thought of starting so young, but we have seen amazing results on our aging and very arthritic German Shepherd so the vet said it wouldn't hurt to start him so young.

My Fila Mastiff is just over a year old and have been giving her Phycox Supplement everyday since she was about 8 months when we discovered her hip issues. She has done well with this for sure. However my question is can you give too much? Just switched her to a Diamond food that has a good ammount of Glucosamine chondroitin in it and plan to continue her on the supplement. Good idea??

We use Phycox too and like it. My understanding is they pee any excess out.
