Hello,I always liked big dogs. My favouries are Rottweilers, and i was the proud owner of the of them for several years. However, due to BSL legislation, and peoples and authorities intolerance, i decided i would never subject a new dog to a "The Hannibal Treatment" (silence of the lambs Movie) eveytime we go out of the house.So...a few years since my last rott passed away, i decided to Get a Bullmastiff. I start reseraching about the breed, about breeders and met a few dogs. Then after sereveral months of work, to decide if this was a good decision, I got "DUDA", registrated as "Duda Malagueta da Quinta Crisbel" . :)Here is a picture of here taken last week: turned four months last saturday

Very cute! You have to translate the caption in the one picture for us. Love the look on his face. "This is my house, enter at your own risk" ? :)

Oh Duda, I'm so sorry! Of course you are a beautiful girl. I completely missed the "she" hidden in the first post.

Uau…so many errors!! Let´s do this again:Hello,I always liked big dogs. My Special breed is the Rottweiler, and several years ago i was the proud owner of Muck (a male), then Furst (another male) and finally Mara (a female). However, due to BSL legislation, and people’s and authoritie’s intolerance, i decided i would never subject a new dog to "The Hannibal Treatment" (see silence of the lambs Movie) every time we go out of the house. So...since my last rott passed away, I had more dogs, but never had a Rottweiler or a big dog again. Recently i decided to get a big dog again. I start researching about breeds that were not in Portuguese BSL legislation and came across The Bullmastiff Breed. A big research about the breed and about breeders took place, and i met a few dogs. After several months searching and deciding if this was a good decision, I got "DUDA", "Duda Malagueta da Quinta Crisbel", a female puppy Bullmastiff . Below is a picture of her taken last week. She turned four months last Saturday.

It's interesting to me how quickly this breed goes from looking like a puppy to looking like a dog. But, Duda is beautiful.
