Dry Roasted Peanuts

This is Mr. Chev waiting for me to indulge him with a dry roasted peanut. Yes, I do share a few with him. Know what? I stopped at a house yesterday that was getting rid of stuff, although I was a few weeks too late for most of the things for sale. (I tend to spend $2 to save $1). I had done some photography for this well-to-do lady sister-now-homeowner in the past, and she welcomed me in the house. She said that all she had left were the "lady who died" 's stamp collection. She said I could have the stuff for $75. I took 12 books of goodies to my car, and I counted about $4000 face value on the unused stamps...lots of mint sheets, blocks of 4 with numbers, etc. I sent them to a dealer for their purchase...I hope they are worth something. I feel so blessed !! Chev is eating ....well.....lots. Nice to have a little padding in the checkbook. You dog owners know. Anyway...just sharing. Have great day, all.Chev.jpg

Mr. Cheevers gets that wrinkled brow whenever there is the remotest possibility that anything that can be construed as food is nearby.....the show about mastiffs titled "Which Woof is for You" said that these wrinkles in the brow need cleaned. I never had to do that. Right now we are keeping the right (facing me) ear clean. The brow is fine. Have a great day, viewers.

Oh dear....Mr. Chev makes a bit of a sound, too, at times. When I taught junior high kids, the boys thought this sort of thing was great !! Budcuss is amazing...wafting the aroma makes me smile. Have a great day.
