Yes her stomach was very gassy and gurgly. The morning she passed when I woke and checked on her she was standing at the door way wagging her tail and tried to come out so I thought for sure she was getting better a few hours later she passed.

Oh man, I bet her intestines were full of water, that explains the constant need to puke and dhearea. It was most likely an infection due to something she ate, chemical etc which led to intestines being inflamed. My pup was 6 months when he got severely sick within hours, constant puking with dhearea every 30 seconds. It was so bad that after a certain point nothing was coming out and he was still trying to puke and poop. He was falling over and couldn't, even stand in the end and I knew he wasn't going to last the night. It was 2 past midnight, I took him to the hospital, called the doctors house. With His help and another vet tech's, the three of us saved my dog. I will never forget that night. My fila particularly despises that doctor, calling it hate is putting it lightly. But I know that, that vet left the comfort of his bed in the middle of the night to save my dog when he didn't have to and I will be forever be in his debt for that.
Moral of the story being it is not your fault, you did everything you could, but with limited resources and expertise there is only so much you could do. I could have easily ended up in a similar situation. So don't beat yourself over it and live twice as much for you and carma. Your pack needs you, tubarao needs you. Some of the strongest people in my life are women, women are much stronger than men, you guys handle pain most of your life and still come out on top and this is coming from a man. I know your strong and you are going to come out on top. Learn from this, and try your best to never let this happen again.
