hello I just purchased a cane corso 8 weeks old. I was just sitting down to register the pup with AKC and when doing so The breeder marked out a pin number that I needed to have full rights. I only had limited rights which was not discussed. On the website he had akc and Iccf certified. well to find out later after we bonded with the pup. He wants 1000 for full rights and 100 for iccf papers. I feel as though I should fight this legally or do I have a leg to stand on in this instance. Should I just get the ICCF papers along with the limited AKC papers. I would like to breed him when the time is right. What should I do ?
