One of my rotts recently died of heart failure - 11 yrs - and I am thinking of getting a Cane Corso. Does anyone have any experience with these dogs and their interaction with other dogs. I have a 2 year old male rott and a 5 year old male lhasa apso. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Research like mad. Look at breeders, look at dogs, talk to as many Corso ppl as you can :) Figure out what it is you are wanting as far as temperament goes and don't rush it. Seriously, there are a lot of good breeders out there and a few great ones IMO :)
My dogs are fine interacting with other dogs, I can go to the off leash. In fact last Sunday I went for a Corso walk with some friends, we had 5 CC total; 2 intact males, 2 intact females and one spayed b*tch, we had a blast. It is just staying on them and watching for any indication that a problem may arise and cut it out before it happens.
If you get a puppy, raise with your dogs you should be okay.
Just do your research. :)

Sorry to hear about your rottie :( We also have rotties but have fallen hard for the corso breed now!

Good luck with your search. This board is great for giving advise and helping out so if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
