What Ruth said. Also free feeding isn't a good thing for giant breed dogs even when they are underweight. It can cause bloat. I would suggest also looking at changing foods. If the dog is medically clear of any problems diamond obviously isn't working.

Can you see ribs (more than just the last one or two) when he's lying still or only when he's moving?

Well, I'd want a few more pounds on him too.

Like Smart Family said stop free feeding, you're risking bloat. I'd suggest switching to a higher calorie food. Which Diamond line and formula are you feeding?

all my dogs eat just fine, so why would i need to separate them so they each have their own food. he is the only one that is skinny and its not like that im starving them, just dont see y change something that is wrking for everyone else but him

8 cups total for three dogs isn't nearly enough. The others are eating his portion. And by free feeding you're signifigantly upping their chances of bloat.

he eats the most out of all the dogs, and how would u guys feed all 3 of the dog when u dont have room inside to have 3 bowels

Why do you have three dogs if you don't have room for them?

Feed them seperetely and individually then. Regardless of what it appears to you he's clearly not getting enough while the others are, which means that they're getting the magority of the food and he's not getting a large enough portion. And 8 cups of food split between the three isn't enough for three dogs when one is an EM and another is a CC.

If thats the food you're feeding a 100lb dog should be getting AT LEAST 4 cups, and likely more, by himself!

I am also wondering if you mean 8c total or 8c each. Just based on the fact my EM puppy currently eats 8c on his own, he weighs ~150 lbs, I would be surprised if your doing 8c each. If you want to continue free feeding, which does make it harder to monitor how much each dog is eating, I would increase the amount left out. Unless there is a medical issue that either hasn't been mentioned or is still undiagnosed he's not getting enough food.
Personally I would stop free feeding because it is not working for ALL of them. I would take the inconvenience of meal times for the increased knowledge that each dog is getting enough food. I do have experience with this in cats. I have always free fed until I got Skreea. I would put down the correct amount for 2 cats and discovered that she was becoming overweight while the other cat started losing weight. By going to meal times I was able to control how much Skreea ate so that both cats got the correct amount.
