I'm new to the forum. I'm looking for a top quality breeder in the
Connecticut area. Any recommendations?

There are several breeders in those areas and it is going to depend on what you prefer for a corso type to know which breeders you prefer.

My dogs came from Cane Corso de Italica Terrae in NY and I highly recommend them but below is a list of breeder in the states you have asked about. simply pick the states you are interested in to see what breeders are there.

I just got my pup a few weeks ago from Casanova Cane Corso near Rochester. Jessica was and still is great in helping us. And the sire to our pup is actually from Peretti, Palermo to be exact.

Lots of good breeders in your area.
I would look at the dogs, see what type you prefer and go from there :)
Legacy in NY has some nice dogs as well.
Sleeping Giant does have some beautiful dogs.
I would be sure to ask about health testing, as it seems more and more kennels are not doin it, funny though they used to...

Stay away from Maryland. Way, way, waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy to many back yard breeders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sad but true. I seen them on craigslist all the time. And a good majority are not true canes
