Presa's, Corso's, and Dogo's are most likely the most versatile of the mastiff breeds, followed by the Boerboel . All 4 also still work, many Fila's and TM's also still work but I would not call them versatile in the way your talking. EM's and Neo's there are just not generally breed to due what they once did, though there are still some working lines and higher energy lines.
Thanks for the videos - they do seem very agile, athletic and versatile.
This may sound stupid, but they kind of seem to me to be the least Mastiffy-y of the Mastiffs...but that may well be because my education is lacking and I tend to think of all Mastiffs as being like the big boy in the agility video posted earlier.
