But Mom!!

I just posted this on Facebook. Yes I'm a chicken. My mom is a piece of work. [emoji23] I don't rely on her for anything, I'm way past grown, and own my own house, but she likes everything orderly, a bit of a perfectionist, and is a cat person. She's gonna sh*t when she sees the post!

A FB post to my mom:

Dear Mom, I first want to say that I love you. [emoji177] And the last thing I want to do is upset you in any way, and I don't want to surprise you again, so I am telling you now, on Facebook, that.....[emoji51] I am getting another Mastiff puppy. [emoji33] I know you think that's excessive, but if you ask anyone who has a Mastiff, 2 are better than one and 5 are better than 2. So I hope you understand, that you're not upset with me, and I promise, two is my absolute limit. Here's a picture of the new pup. Would you like to help me name him? [emoji51] I love you [emoji8]. (Ps: and no, I'm not going to breed them).

Sounds like something I'd write to my mom... although she gave up on me after dog four. :D

Pictures are mandatory!

That's funny!! My mum is also a cat person; has never been nor ever will be a dog person. However, she admits that she had a soft spot for my last dog and now millie..... although she won't stroke! Millie is 6 months and doesn't slobber...... my mum is so happy about that!!! She loves that she doesn't have to consider what to wear on her legs when she comes to my house anymore and can't believe that I never used to mind the trail of drool that my Bordeaux used to leave behind wherever she went!!

When people tell me they hate getting dog hair on their clothes, I regard that statement as if they've told me they hate having a heartbeat. It's just a part of living to me!
