Bully Max Muscle Growth?

Has anybody ever use this supplement to beef up their dog? I've seen a lot of good reviews I just want to see if anybody first-hand here has used it for their dog.

Be very careful using supplements like this on a growing puppy, they can cause rapid growth which does far more harm than good. Also not sure what is in your contract (or if you have one) but supplements like these often void it.
Thank you... will wait on this supplement then

I'm not sure why you'd ever need to add this supplement, honestly. Proper nutrition, proper joint supplementation if necessary, and proper exercise should give a nice and fit dog. I'd much rather see lean muscle achieved through proper conditioning. Just my opinion.

The supplement can be helpful for high intensity, mature dogs that burn through calories like mad. They are typically high powered K9 athletes and not your every day house pet that breaths off thousands of calories like air.

Our corso seem to have a higher metabolism than some, Seiko eats a performance food that in summer at 6 cups means he is eating close to 4000 calories and this is a dog that is in the crate when I am at work and he still is lean and can go for hours.

For a puppy or dog that is still in heavy growth, no it isn't appropriate.

I guess I've never heard of people using it appropriately. I'm glad to know it can be beneficial for some dogs.

i'd have to guess you'd do better adding an egg to their meal ...... if you fed them the whole container , in one meal , of the bully max you'd add an extra cup to a cup and a half of his dog food worth of calories ..... compare the nutritional information of an egg to that stuff .......... you could get a dozen eggs for .33 cents , it'd be 2x the calories in the entire container of that bully max stuff , I believe an egg is one of the most complete sources of protein there is ? you might want to hard boil it at least sometimes because of the avidin thing , but I don't believe it'd be an issue ...... those muscles and bulk they show on the dogs they advertise are genetic ........

Got to agree with Marke on this, Mouse and wifes boxer mix generally get a hard boiled egg every day or 2.

If you really want to "beef up" your dog I would suggest the best diet you can give him./her.... Don't cheap out. I took the runt of the litter who was at the very least 4lbs behind the rest of her litter mates and in 6 months she had caught up with all but one. I didn't use any supplements.

She was already growing so fast she was doubling her weight weekly.
