Bullmastiff crisis in Florida

ABARS is looking for volunteers, donations, foster homes as they are taking in 22 Bullmastiffs as an owner surrender from a crisis situation in FL.

I am in no way involved in this, just saw it on FB and thought I'd spread the word.

From the info provided, they are not allowed to give much information. My GUESS is it's a byb (but with that many, more like a puppymill...) that has agreed to surrender them to mitigate or get out of neglect/abuse charges. The picture showed healthy looking dogs, not skinny or anything, but all together outside in a huge kennel standing in the mud. Didn't look like adequate shelter or even water bowls were available. But like I said, total speculation, but why else would someone have 22 dogs...

This happened in mid November. If it's the same situation it's even worse...BREAKING NEWS ASPCA Assists In Seizure of Nearly 100 Dogs From Florida Puppy Mill

I understand some rescues are just taking dogs from this seizure now across the country, so I'm guessing it is.
