Besty, AKA "My Sweet Little Demon" is 10 weeks old now

Seriously.....what was I thinking?!?

The last time I got a pup, I had a a 1 year old and a 3 year old. Even with two very small children, I don't recall it being this chaotic. It is SOOOO much more difficult than I remember!

Betsy is clueless about house breaking, she goes spastic on the kids, hides under my deck, relentlessly cries in her exercise pen, and eats asphalt!

It's a good thing she's cute!

Bahaha...I swear I am laughing WITH you. She is going to take some owrk but the biggest pains usually turn into the best dogs! LOL Poor yourself a drink.

Thanks for the encouragement......I'm really hoping she turns out super sweet.

Today turned out to be okay for her. She peed on my tile floor (yay for tile and not on the carpet, lol), but she also asked to go out to potty twice! Huge!!
I took her to my son's soccer practice and everyone commented on calm she was.........ummmm.........I think she was just taking in her surroundings, lol. Either that or she was already tired from walking the kids to and from school. Speaking of which, watching her greet my kids makes my eyes water it's so sweet. Yep, she's lucky she can pour on that cuteness when necessary.

Do you have your little demon on a schedule? The asphalt eating and rock eating in general will stop at about 5 months of age. Mastiffs are clingy in nature and will whine if they are not within eyeight of their people! I've only had boys as pups but em's have been my easiest pups yet! I don't have kids and as much activity within my house as you, but It will get better, promise!

Be careful taking her out and about before she's had all of her shots.
